It's unfortunate I didn't get the color - at the same time after travel, the multiple attempts to get a dye to stick, and the cleaning of the carpet - I received and apology but no invoice. This business is based in Spruce Grove and he came to Beaumont. I was fully expecting to pay something even though the coloring couldn't be done.
